MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sheldon is the founder and managing director of Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionals Inc. and has over twenty-five years of experience in the escrow business. Previously, Sheldon was president of Charter Escrow Company, Inc., which he purchased in 1999 and grew into the largest independent escrow company in the state of Florida before selling to outside investors in 2001.
He is also a leading instructor of business transactions to professional intermediaries and business brokers across the country, for which he received Instructor of the Year in 1999 by both the International Association of Business Brokers and the Florida Association of Business Brokers. At Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionals Inc., Sheldon utilizes his previous experience to provide smooth business transaction solutions and escrow services.

Carlos Aldridge, Attorney
Carlos is a co-founder and president of Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionals Inc.. He has been a practicing attorney in all areas of real estate law for over 24 years, and has been instrumental in closing thousands of commercial and residential properties. Besides his involvement with Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionals, Carlos has played a key role in Yale Mortgage Corporation, which has closed over $1 billion in mortgages. Carlos is also an owner of Yale Real Estate, which has sold hundreds of properties. He has built a solid foundation of clientele worldwide, and has established a broad, life-long network in the state of Florida. One of Carlos favorite pastimes is fishing with his kids, on their boat "Reef-I"!

Bonnie Gardner, Director of Business Development
Bonnie has been a long time member of the Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionals' team. For over eleven years, she played an essential role in Yale Mortgage Corporation as Director of the Wholesale Lending Division and a Board of Directors member. She was also responsible for the training and overseeing of skilled Account Executives, Regional Sales Manager and Supervisors of the in-house sales support teams.
Bonnie brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, management, mortgages and business development. Presently she acts as Director of Business Development for Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionalss. Not only does she bring extensive education and experience, she is also a loyal, dedicated worker with boundless energy and an exceptional knack for organization.
Mabel Arthurs, Title Processor and Closer
Clearly Mabel joins Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionalss with extensive experience, from reviewing contracts, receiving title requests and ordering liens searches, to maintaining interactions with department heads, purchasers, realtors, etc. She is a jack of all trades and she brings tremendous knowledge and experience to the Sheldon J. Vann & Associates Title & Escrow Professionalss team.
